Ready to optimize high-performing ad campaigns? Apply now!
$2,000–$3,300/month | Full-time | Fully Remote | 8am–12pm EST overlap
Hi, I'm Xana, and I'm thrilled you're considering joining our team at Golden Proportions Marketing.
We're a tight-knit digital agency with a big mission - helping dental practices grow and thrive through smart, data-driven marketing. Our clients trust us with their business growth, and we take that responsibility seriously, but we make sure to have fun along the way, too.
We've built a culture that's kind, high-performing, and real.
Even though we're remote-first, it often feels like we're in the same room.
Everyone here genuinely cares about doing great work and supporting each other. If you're passionate about performance marketing and love collaborating with people who lead with empathy, you'll feel right at home with us.
We're looking for a Paid Search & Social Specialist who thrives on digging into data, testing ideas, and finding performance improvements others might miss. You're the type who loves getting hands-on with campaigns - tracking results, tweaking bids, and continuously learning what works best.
In this role, you will:
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms
Write compelling ad copy and structure campaigns for effective targeting and tracking
Create ad groups, audiences, and variations for testing and performance learning
Monitor pacing, CPCs, CPA, CTR, conversions, and ROAS to identify optimization opportunities
Adjust bids, manage keywords, and reallocate budgets to maximize ROI
Troubleshoot tracking, pixel, and attribution issues via Google Tag Manager and analytics tools
Test ad creatives and landing page combinations to find performance lifts
Prepare reports with insights, trends, and data-backed recommendations
Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to align campaigns with broader goals
You'll work full-time with some overlap between 8am - 12pm EST (Monday–Friday) to collaborate with the rest of the GPM team.
