We're looking for an Operations Automation Developer (Full-Stack Php Laravel & React) who loves solving business problems with technology and thrives on building smart automation.

You'll be the kind of person who's comfortable switching between deep coding tasks and jumping on a call with a colleague to understand their workflow and how you can make it better.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain automation solutions that streamline legal, customer, and operational workflows
• Collaborate with non-technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions
• Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively build smarter ways of working

This is a full-time role, and you'll be working Swedish office hours (Central European time).
