Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in real estate, interior design, and resale markets.
  • Follow up on leads from the digital marketing team and convert them into sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve targets.
  • Provide market feedback to management for strategy improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years proven experience in sales or business development (construction/building materials preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Lagos real estate and construction market is an advantage.
