A Service Desk/CMMS Administrator is responsible for managing tenant relations and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the client Portfolio. This role encompasses a range of duties, including processing tenant inquiries, overseeing service requests, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and fostering positive relationships between tenants and the client.

Work Control Clerk (NCMMS user):

  • Proactively manage asset inventory data.
  • Proactively manage preventive maintenance plan/schedule.
  • Process all demand, proactive, and planned work orders providing minimally required data/information.
  • Process above standard work.
  • Process additional services work.
  • Process miscellaneous work.

Customer Service:

  • Perform all work with a strong customer service focus and presence.
  • Greet/host/provide support for guests, visitors, and employees.
  • Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate manager. Will transfer a caller to a manager's voice mailbox when they are unavailable.
  • Point of contact for all packages/deliveries.
  • Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and utilize skill/knowledge to suggest improvements.
  • Complete all assigned callbacks.
  • Provide accurate, timely client work orders to staff.
  • Adhere to business unit specified client driven standards.
  • Perform classroom utilization oversight.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School diploma
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pass a government background check
