Business unit: Corporate Travel Team
Reporting to: Team Leader
Key stakeholders: Global Travel Manager, Global Category Director and Head of Corporate Procurement
Direct reports: None
Objectives:
Ensure data accuracy and reliability in the JLL T&E and dashboards through rigorous validation processes. Collaborate with Technology and business procurement teams to maintain data integrity, optimise system functionality, and deliver trustworthy reporting within the agreed timeframes.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and analytics solutions that transform data into actionable business insights
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to create meaningful and accurate reports
- Collaborate with Business Partners to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Perform data quality checks and implement validation procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide analytical insights
- Optimize existing reports and develop new reporting solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data standards
- Present findings and recommendations to management and business stakeholders
- Provide support associated on travel queries to JLL teams. Address questions relating to the new travel policies to help increase compliance
Key Results Areas:
- Effective identification of data discrepancies and system issues.
- Clear communication with business partners, corporate procurement and technology teams
- Timely execution of validation processes and issue resolution.
- Continuous improvement of data validation methodologies.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex data issues.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple validation tasks.
- Professional approach with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, particularly in numerical data and AI-generated content.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Experience in quality assurance or data validation preferred.
