Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety, including finishes and furnishings.

- Develop and maintain positive client relationship

- Conflict resolution and solution analysis

- Responsible for oversight of multiple airport lounges as assigned, coverage including responding to urgent issues off hours and weekends. Inspections of lounges (travel estimated at 50%)

- Provides contract compliance management and quality control

- Responsible for JLL Engineering compliance program

- Preparation of detailed budgets for operations

- Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports

- Work order CMMS management including but not limited to evaluation and timely response to work requests, dispatching of resources and resolving within KPI required timelines

- Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office software. Preferred experience in Corrigo.

- Any and all other duties and tasks assigned

Estimated total compensation for this position: $119,350.00 – $146,190.00 USD per year

Location: On-site –Salt Lake City, UT, Seattle, WA
