Key Responsibilities

Serve as a technical lead providing engineering support across multiple accounts. Implement and maintain engineering standards and best practices across assigned accounts. Participate actively in the Account Excellence Program, contributing technical expertise and innovative solutions. Conduct regular site assessments and technical audits to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with account teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet client requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to site-based engineering teams. Analyze equipment performance data and recommend efficiency improvements. Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple facilities.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel up to 70% of time to support multiple account locations.
