Técnico En Laparoscopia (Integral Service Technician)

We are seeking the best talent for the position Technician in Laparoscopy (Integral Service Technician) that will be located in Monterrey. Hospitals in Christus Muguerza Cumbres (García) and Christus Muguerza Sur (Carretera Nacional Estanzuela).

Purpose: Assist in a timely manner the surgical procedures in the assigned hospitals, being responsible for the handling of equipment and instruments, as well as the consumables required for the surgery, ensuring the process for the collection of service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors, nurses, and other health professionals in surgeries within the scope of the solution in the assigned hospital.
• Manage, control, and safeguard the inventory of equipment, instruments, and disposable material in the hospital.
• Prepare and deliver the required reports and inventories in a timely manner.
• Support the basic training of new technical assistants.
• Perform surgery reports (physical and digital folio capture), hospital and attendance, as well as assigned administrative work.
• Full adherence to the ISO9001:2015 quality system, as well as perform the required documentation for the fulfillment of the processes.
• Work schedule: 7/24 (according to surgical programming; includes night shifts and emergency calls).
• Work area: all national territory, according to the assigned hospital.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Academic preparation: Completed high school or technical career (in process)
• Languages: None
• Work experience: Not necessary
• Desirable:
• Graduated in health-related courses.
• Work experience in hospitals.
• Second language: Basic English.
