Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Regional Management and Development

  • Develop and execute a sales plan suitable for targets of the region.
  • Guide and supervise team members in establishing sales plans and achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain good cooperative relationships with key customers to promote the continuous growth of business.
  • Arrange and coordinate various market and academic activities suitable for the regional business development.
  • Be responsible for market access work of consumable within the region.

Establishment and Management of Regional Sales Channels

  • Establish a reasonable and effective distributor network within the jurisdiction area to ensure full coverage of target hospitals.
  • Develop new distributors, continuously optimize the structure of the distributor network, and urge distributor to complete sales targets.
  • Assist clinical development specialists in the training and management of distributors and their sales members.

Team Management and Development

  • Actively develop and cultivate talents to build a highly cohesive team.
  • Regularly guide and provide feedback to subordinates to improve their work performance and capabilities.
  • Establish a positive image within the region and regularly track the work of subordinates to ensure that their work norms meet company requirements.
