Join our dynamic Quality team as a Supplier Quality Engineer Co-Op, where you will play a vital role in supporting our supplier initiatives, investigating nonconformances, and aligning Quality Inspection processes across all US-based suppliers. This position is a key contributor to our company's ongoing growth and presents a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to make a meaningful impact at one of the fastest-growing medical technology companies dedicated to healing hearts and saving lives.

Qualifications:

  • Student pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least two semesters completed by the start of the co-op (Junior, Senior, or above)
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively share ideas and information
  • Ability to independently prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Support MRB analysis of defective components in Incoming Inspection
  • Support efforts to reduce quality notifications (QN) related to supplier nonconformances
  • Assist in resolving incoming inspection yield issues by driving process improvements with vendors
  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and supply chain teams to ensure proper process controls, validations, and adherence to GMP practices

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $23.00/hr to $51.50/hr. The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension).
