We are searching for the best talent for Strategic Account Manager to be in Panamá City.

Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Develops tactical and operational plans for the Key Account Management team and supports organizational objectives and business goals. Allocates resources to meet objectives and goals of the Key Account Management area. Directs operations for strategic initiatives and serves as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
  • Develop tactical and operational plans to achieve Key Account Management goals, and communicate plans to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.
  • Directs sales and marketing operations to maintain a healthy pipeline of business growth and increase key account market share.
  • Audits key performance indicators to define proficiency gaps and analyze market direction.
  • Ensures compliance with policies and procedures to achieve the organization's goals and objectives for the Key Account Management area.
  • Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
  • Integrates Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree (not necessary, but preferred).
  • Over 10+ years of experience in sales, with 5+ years in leadership positions (managing teams).
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector (preferably).
  • Experience in business development and commercial transformation.
  • Skills in negotiation and managing large accounts.
  • Experience in pricing, margins, and P&L management.
  • Data analysis and business intelligence skills.
  • Knowledge of English.
