We are searching for the best talent for the Specialist Representative, Clinical Sales – Surgeons to be based in Issy-les-Moulineaux! This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the growth of Johnson & Johnson Vision's ophthalmology portfolio, specifically in cataract surgery. As a key member of our Clinical Sales team, you will help build strong relationships with surgeons and OR professionals, ensuring they have the right products and solutions to improve patient outcomes. Your work will directly impact the success of our team and the lives of patients worldwide. This full-time position is based in France, with a focus on collaboration, strategic planning, and delivering excellence in customer support.
As a Specialist Representative, Clinical Sales – Surgeons, you will:
- Gathering and analyzing customer and market data to identify opportunities and update our CRM system, ensuring our team has accurate insights.
- Collaborating with your manager to define target customers and develop tailored strategies aligned with our commercial and marketing priorities.
- Preparing engagement plans for complex business opportunities, including stakeholder mapping, to support successful sales outcomes.
- Supporting the execution of product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and trainings at conferences and networking events.
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills to effectively assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Contributing to sales growth by supporting marketing activities, providing field feedback, and helping to develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Qualifications/requirements:
- A background in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field, with experience in ophthalmology or surgical sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster partnerships.
- Proven ability to coordinate clinical demonstrations, trainings, and events in a professional and engaging manner.
- Experience using CRM tools, market analytics, and data-driven strategies to support sales and customer retention.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 40,000 to 63,700 on an annual basis. This position is offered on a limited-term contract basis.
