Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. The Senior Financial Analyst, Platform Support, FP&A plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across DePuy Synthes by providing financial planning, forecasting, and analytical support for enterprise platforms and enabling functions. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex financial data into clear insights that improve operational performance, resource allocation, and strategic execution. The position offers broad exposure to platform economics, system-enabled reporting, and leadership-level financial analysis within a global MedTech organization.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $79,000.00 - $127,650.00
