We are seeking a Senior Technology Manager to lead our Adobe Service domain and drive innovation across critical digital platforms. This role owns the strategy and delivery for Adobe Sign SaaS, Adobe Creative & Document Cloud services, and related technologies, as well as our Internal Certificate Authority (S/MIME). Acting as both Technology Application Owner (TAO) and Service Owner, you will ensure operational excellence, compliance, and strategic alignment while providing direct leadership to a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities - What You'll Do
Own the Adobe Service Portfolio: Manage Adobe Creative & Document Cloud, Adobe Sign SaaS (GxP), and supporting processes and assets.
Lead Technology Strategy & Roadmap: Align capabilities with business needs, optimize service assets, and identify opportunities for innovation and cost efficiency.
Drive DevOps Delivery: Oversee engineering, development, operations, and support in a DevOps model; lead Agile practices and SCRUM ceremonies.
Ensure Compliance & Governance: Maintain adherence to GxP, HIPAA, SOX, and other regulatory standards; manage related key processes, like formal documentation, testing and NCR/CAPA.
Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with stakeholders in Procurement, Finance, ISRM, and cross-functional technology teams; act as Subject Matter Expert in vendor negotiations.
Lead People: Coach and develop talent, foster collaboration, and recruit top performers.
Deliver Operational Excellence: Monitor key metrics, manage projects, and ensure a superior user experience.
Qualifications & Experience Required - What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 15+ years over all professional IT experience, with 10+ years in Cloud SaaS technologies (Adobe Services and digital signature solutions preferred). Proven track record in strategic and tactical IT leadership.
Technical Expertise: Adobe Service & Product Portfolio and Digital Signature solutions, REST API, Azure, Entra-ID, Windows Desktop Application management. Familiarity with automation tools in the user-management domain, including Bitbucket, PowerShell, PowerApps, Python, and AWS Functions.
Leadership Skills: Strong technology transaction and adoption, as well as people management, team development, and coaching capabilities.
Methodologies: DevOps, Agile, ITIL framework knowledge preferred.
Compliance Knowledge required: GxP, PIIT2/T3, HIPAA, SOX, as well as related process (testing, reporting, etc).
Exceptional communication with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving requirements and deadlines.
