We are searching for the best talent for Senior Field Service Engineer.

You will be responsible for:

• Responsible for pre-installation site assessment, capital installations, repair, preventive maintenance, trouble shooting and upgrades of capitals for J&J MedTech Surgery.
• Maintain appropriate clinical and technical knowledge to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Commercialize Service Offering – Post Warranty (Support Coverage / Extended Warranty)
• Document all field service customer interactions and field service activity in CRM/Business System.
• Implement plan for completing field actions, as required
• Monitor field reliability performance, issues and trend, and feedback to engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing teams
• Efficiently manage all assets and resources, minimizing the liability of company assets.
• Agile and efficiently communicate with diverse stakeholders on capital service and repair including local and regional partners and external customers.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of capital service and repair used in the medical device industry.
• Strong responsibility regarding on time completion projects and service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with service offering during contract renewal and extended warranty.
• Ability to work flexible and adapt to changing work schedules.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
• Ability to work nationwide – domestic travel required.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Technical certification in the related field is preferred.
• Experience in medical industry.
