Established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Supports the Oncology/Hematology sales team to drive business and meet sales targets established by the company. Assists in delivering sales performance and promotes product(s) within the Oncology or Hematology portfolio. Implements a proactive approach in driving channel accountability and growth.
Contributes to the execution of sales and business development strategy and process under limited supervision. Applies in-depth knowledge of Oncology/Hematology products to execute sales strategy inclusive of operational planning for business needs. Analyzes complex performance, competitive, and customer data to identify key issues, and recommend strategies. Examines existing processes and develops continuous improvements in process, data, and sales operations. Documents potential opportunities and issues and communicates to appropriate parties. Identifies opportunities to maximize sales opportunities through conferences and other events. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities. Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
