As a Quality Specialist Service Solutions, you will:
- Serving as the main point of contact for quality and compliance matters at the Netherlands Service Center, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards.
- Supporting the execution of Quality System processes such as Document & Record Management, Change Control, and Training.
- Assisting with internal and external audits, helping to prepare documentation and facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Providing training to Service Center team members on quality and compliance topics to develop a culture of quality awareness.
- Monitoring and reporting on monthly performance and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Supporting resolution of nonconformances, CAPAs, and audit observations related to installation and servicing activities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, or quality disciplines; relevant industry experience can substitute if needed.
- At least 2 years of experience working in quality within regulated ISO 13485 environments.
- Strong communication skills in English are required; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to resolving conflicts and issues.
- Analytical attitude with the ability to make risk-based decisions under time pressure.
- Familiarity with ETQ, Windchill, and MD S&R systems is a plus.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 43,600 to 69,000 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.
