Product Manager, Immunology Patient Experience Marketing, Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions

The Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions team at J&J Innovative Medicine is charged with implementing disruptive customer experience solutions that support patients and providers in starting and staying on their prescribed Johnson & Johnson therapies. As a member of this team, the Product Manager, Patient Experience will co-lead insight development, idea generation, execution, measurement, and optimization of solutions that improve the experience for patients starting Johnon & Johnson Immunology Pipeline therapies, including Icotrokinra.
The individual must be customer-obsessed, championing the needs of patients as they prepare to start Johnson & Johnson Immunology therapies. The individual must also have demonstrated the ability to build fact-based stories to gain consensus up, down and across the organization to approaches to optimize and evolve our existing patient support solutions.
Strengths you'll need include the following:
- Analysis & Insights: Mine existing data and develop learning plans to inform the operations and communication approaches for our programs. Develop compliant metrics to measure program impact and inform optimization.
- Customer Market Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive dynamics.
- Brand Strategy: Partner across the immunology portfolio, specifically with the psoriatic franchise, to ensure pull-through of customer experience strategies and identify opportunities to support brand strategies.
- Marketing Execution: Enhance messaging and build an omnichannel communications plan to drive awareness and engagement with Johnson & Johnson Immunology patient support programs.
- Financial Acumen: Develop and socialize business cases to assess the viability of programs.
- People Development: Encourage and develop a direct report accountable for managing the compliant and efficient operations of our programs and support vendors.
- Pharmaceutical Environment: Understand the evolving regulatory compliance and legal environment with respect to patient support programs.
- Vendor Management: Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant program operations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a B.A./B.S. is required.
- MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years total healthcare business experience (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, payer) is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of marketing or similar experience is preferred.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and experience presenting to senior management is required.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, collaboration and negotiation skills is required.
- High level planning or business planning experience is preferred.
- Experience with product launch and/or in line marketing experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and be customer/market oriented.
This role is located in Horsham, PA and may require up to 20% domestic travel.
