We are searching for the best talent for Process Engineer II. You will be responsible for:

1. Identifying, designing, and developing the necessary equipment.
2. Performing material tests.
3. Studying the processes to implement improvements.
4. Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
5. Assisting technicians and engineers about unusual problems.
6. Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment that meets safety and environment requirements.
7. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
8. Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
9. Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
10. Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Engineering, any specialty.
• Masters in Science is recommendable.
• Preferably 2 years in a similar position.
• Preferably knowledge in the medical industry.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.
• Experiment design
• SPC knowledge
• Management of statistical procedures.
• Knowledge of computer programs.
• Oral and written communication in Spanish and English, preferably.
• Process Engineer II, Senior and Staff: Strong comprehension of standard costs and work standards.
• Process Engineer Senior and Staff: Knowledge of productive processes.
• Process Engineer Staff: Experimental Engineering techniques, 80% English.
