Responsible for the promotion, demonstration, and sales of high-end technologically advanced premium Phaco equipment in a given region. Extending application support to customers after installation and when necessary or requested, training the customer and their staff on optimal usage of all features of the machine as well as maintaining the machine properly for better functioning. Closely work with the service team to address any technical issue or concern faced by surgeons to provide relevant and quick solutions to maintain customer delight.
