Responsible for the promotion, demonstration, and sales of Phaco equipment—mainly Veritas and Intutiv—in a given area. Extending application support to customers after installation and when necessary or requested, training the customer and their staff on optimal usage of all features of the machine as well as maintaining the machine properly for better functioning. Closely work with the service team to address any technical issue or concern faced by surgeons to provide relevant and quick solutions to maintain customer delight.
Coordinate and closely work with TM's/KAM's for generating Phaco lead and maintain a healthy Phaco funnel and update the same on a regular basis with proper action and results.
Work with the surgeon and marketing team, wherever relevant, to promote the technology of our machines and the surgical skill of the customers at different forums.
The incumbent is expected to plan, organize, and implement the demos, applications, closures of the Phaco machines and achieve or exceed the annual and quarterly sales objectives as well as increase the customer acceptance of our machines and thereby increase the installation base and market share.
There should be efficient use of promotional material, market development, and user development activities aligned with marketing objectives.
