Position Summary: This role plays a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and effective marketing execution for the Mentorâ„¢ business, supporting day-to-day marketing and sales activities. The position contributes to business performance by enabling operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration through strong execution of marketing and product strategies.
You will be responsible for:
Product Management & Marketing Execution Assist Product Manager with internal processes, documentation, and basic reporting related to product initiatives Support product-based marketing activities, including integrated marketing campaigns for direct marketing and trade marketing Assist in planning and execution of professional education programs for HCPs, Sales teams, and Distributors Support digital marketing activities, including content development, website, and social media-related initiatives, in coordination with internal teams and external agencies Support development, localization, and lifecycle management of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and regulatory requirements
Compliance & Process Support Coordinate with relevant teams (e.g., HCC, RA, CQ) to support internal control–related activities under established procedures Support required compliance registrations and submissions for product, marketing materials, events, and digital content Ensure assigned business activities are executed in accordance with internal SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements
Qualifications / Requirements: 0–3 years of relevant work experience Basic proficiency in Microsoft tools (data entry, simple formulas, data management) Good communication skills in both Korean and English Strong interest in business operation and product marketing Strong attention to detail, a structured way of thinking, and a willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
