We are searching for the best talent for a Head of Product Marketing, Monarch Urology. This role will be based in Santa Clara, CA. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.
The Head of Product Marketing, Monarch Urology, will report to the Sr. Director, Global Strategic Marketing, Monarch, and lead the global marketing strategy and execution for Monarch Urology. The Monarch Platform was first introduced in 2018, creating a new category of care as the first robotic-assisted bronchoscopy platform designed to help physicians access small, hard-to-reach lung nodules enabling earlier diagnosis of lung cancer.
The Monarch Platform, Urology, will once again create a new category of care as the first robotic-assisted urology platform designed for endoluminal and percutaneous access to the urinary tract to perform various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
This critical leadership role will be accountable for driving a comprehensive global marketing strategy, including brand management, customer segmentation, targeting, value proposition, claims, messaging, and positioning for the Monarch Urology Product in preparation for a U.S. commercial launch. This individual will also help shape a robust market access and evidence generation strategy aligned with business growth objectives, while serving as the Marketing Lead for Launch Excellence planning and execution.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $153,000 - $207,000; $175,950 - $238,050 Bay Area
