Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Global Services Fleet Operations Leader to be located in Tampa, FL; New Brunswick, NJ; Manila, Philippines; Prague, Czechia; or Bogota, Colombia.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Leader to oversee our fleet operations and lead a team of Fleet Managers. This role requires a strong focus on both process optimization and people leadership, ensuring that our fleet management strategies align with the organization's goals while developing our team members to reach their full potential. They will partner with a cross functional team to ensure all business objectives are met, reducing cycles times, decreasing costs and improving the driver experience. Cross functional partnerships will include Procurement, Total Rewards, Finance, Legal and others. You will be responsible for managing other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $120,000-$207,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
