The EMEA Staff Quality Specialist serves as point of contact for quality and compliance aspects for EMEA MedTech Service Centers and sites performing installation activities. Ensure general compliance support for correct execution of Quality System procedures at all Service Centers in EMEA. Responsible for harmonizing and monitoring processes related to specific aspects of quality systems such as validation, training, quality agreements deployment, management review. Provides project leadership and analytical problem-solving expertise.

As a EMEA Staff Quality Specialist you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for quality and compliance aspects for EMEA Service Centers.
  • Be the subject matter expert for the validation of equipment and computer system validation of equipment.
  • Coordinate and support resolution for all nonconformances, CAPAs and audit observations related to Installation and Servicing for the Netherlands Service Centre and regional QMS.
  • Support Service Sites internal and external audits based on sites requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Conduct data driven analysis based on requirements.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to the next management level.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific or quality and compliance disciplines. Will accept the equivalent relevant industry experience in the absence of a degree.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Quality (medical devices and validation of equipment preferred).
  • Recommended Lean six sigma Green/Black belt, Project Management Certification will be an asset for this position.
  • Experience in regulated ISO 13485 industries.
  • Fluent in English and preferred Dutch.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to resolving conflicts and issues.
  • Analytical attitude with the ability to make risk-based decisions under time pressure.
  • Familiarity with ETQ, Windchill, and MD S&R systems is a plus.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 62,600.00 to 100,970.00 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.
