We are looking for the best talent for the position of Customer Service Representative (M/W/D) at the location Zuchwil, Switzerland.

Purpose: As part of our team, you play a decisive role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You are the first point of contact and ensure that they receive the best possible support.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Acceptance of orders from hospitals, doctors, and our field service team
  • Recording of orders, booking of consumption reports, and invoicing
  • Quick processing of written and telephone customer inquiries in the highest quality
  • Processing of various customer issues such as delivery inquiries, communication of delays, complaint handling, etc.
  • Cooperation with various internal departments (warehouse, supply chain, pricing, sales, product management)
  • Support in improving the quality and accuracy of customer service
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Working on various platforms such as Genesys, Sales Force, SAP
  • Supporting the promotion of customer satisfaction, innovation, teamwork, and efficiency and participating in customer service projects

Your qualification portfolio & our requirements:

  • Pronounced customer and service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solution-oriented and accurate working method
  • Stress-resistant personality
  • Excellent German language skills as well as an additional national language (French or Italian) are a must, additional language skills in English or another language are advantageous.
  • Very good MS-Office skills; experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, is advantageous
  • Commercial training preferred
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous
