We are looking for the best talent for the position of Consignment Operations Clerk (m/w/d). As a Consignment Clerk, you are responsible for the management and monitoring of consignment stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring smooth processes between the sales force, customers, and internal departments.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Establish, edit, and monitor ongoing consignment stock levels and inventories for transparent and complete documentation of inventory planning and development
• Processing consignment orders within the consignment warehouse process
• Creation and coordination of consignment warehouse contracts in collaboration with our sales force, customers, and our legal department
• Preparation and dispatch of inventory documents
• Dispatch of consignment stock lists to sales force/customers
• Independent analysis, clarification, and booking of inventory differences in coordination with customers and the sales force
• Booking of inventories in the inventory management system
• Retouren processing of consignment goods in close cooperation with the Orthokit team (DePuy Synthes)/purchase goods return team as well as the sales force
• Processing of Steri-exchange in coordination with the sales force and the customer (DePuy Synthes)
• Support of the sales force in establishing a consignment processing process with the customer
• Care of special customers with a complex billing process
• Monitoring and processing of open items in cooperation with customers and our accounts receivable department
• Creation and preparation of reports for controlling and department management
• Creation and maintenance of work and procedural instructions in the area of consignment administration
• Ensuring compliance with internal SOX and compliance requirements within the consignment process
• Participation in projects

Your qualification portfolio and our requirements:

• Completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience
• Very good German and good English skills
• Good numerical understanding
• Good MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Commercial training and 2–3 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, purchasing, finance – ideally in supply chain
