Job Description:
Senior support individual contributor that helps initiate sales progress by executing tasks that are typically not routine by guiding others. Provides support to executive leaders in the Capital Sales function to further the sale of large medical devices, machines and robotics. Provides technical product knowledge and in-service support to ensure customer satisfaction. Works synergistically with all other sales personnel in co-selling efforts to strengthen customer value. Helps guide junior team members to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of administrative reports, presentations, and other sales deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and judgment.
Provides enhanced technical product knowledge and in-service support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Delivers clinical and administrative support for technical presentations, executive meetings, marketing events, laboratory sessions, and product testing.
Organizes the sales process for new clients.
Investigates commission discrepancies or issues and escalates to sales management.
Helps track consumer feedback and experiences and reports feedback to sales team.
Assists in identifying prospect needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.
Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
