Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. Develops policies and procedures for marketing initiatives and engages in team and stakeholder discussions. Consolidates information on go-to-market strategies and fosters discussions with leadership on potential risk and opportunities. Communicates feedback on products and services to management and integrates customer preferences into new marketing initiatives. Enforces Strategic Marketing team protocols and establishes project management processes for team efficiency. Devises pipeline recommendations and priorities while leading strategy and business plans including support to all business development related opportunities. Incorporates customer needs into product development programs and represents GSM on core teams. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets. Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
