Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (Strategic Customer Group, SCG) is recruiting for an Associate Director of Marketing Access Marketing, Autoantibody role located in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ.

This role will be part of the SCG Value, Access, and Pricing (VAP) Immunology organization. Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The Associate Director, Market Access Marketing, will support the Director in developing, evolving and implementing market access and reimbursement strategies for novel autoantibody asset. Newly launched in gMG (generalized Myasthenia Gravis), it is currently being investigated across multiple therapeutic areas with additional launches expected in the near term. This role offers an opportunity to shape market positioning for an important enterprise asset, potentially influence access landscape across rare and prevalent diseases and impact both strategic and tactical aspects of product commercialization. Key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:

  1. Effectively collaborate with the commercial, medical, market insights and field teams to ensure targeted strategies, priorities, and tactics are aligned to overall brand strategies and the needs of the Strategic Customer Group base.
  2. Develop SCG account-management supporting materials, including customized PIE (Pre-Approval Information Exchange) and Value Proposition resources. Lead the approval process for copy related to all product market access assets and ensure they are accurate, compliant and are delivered at the right time.
  3. Lead annual market access readiness strategy (JALT MARR Review)
  4. Evolve and refine market access strategies in response to changing market dynamics, emerging competitors, and evolving healthcare policies. Proactively create and lead exchange forums to enable translation of customer insights and internal strategies into tactics.
  5. Build and execute thoughtful training plan for payer and institutional account teams, ensuring improved proficiencies and preparedness for market events. Lead any necessary National Meetings / Fast Start Meetings for SCG and contribute to other field organization training needs related to access & fulfillment.
  6. Identify and drive SCG-relevant requirements across the Integrated Evidence Team (IET) to ensure data generation plan enhances value proposition and support future indications.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required, and an MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills: Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry required. Emphasis in marketing, product management or business development functions is ideal.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, innovation, collaboration, and high level of analytical skills as well as strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and ability to identify market trends that impact business goals.
  • Understanding of US healthcare stakeholders and related dynamics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required, including ability to defend logical business arguments, influence without authority and facilitate consensus building
  • Must be able to lead and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Must possess the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment.
  • Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel across levels and functions.
  • Strong project management

Preferred:

  • Prior Agency Management experience
  • Prior launch experience
  • Experience in Rare Disease or Immunology / Oncology
  • Market Access Expertise
