Johnson & Johnson Electrophysiology is a leading business area in the field of cardiological electrophysiology. Electrophysiology is a specialty area for the examination and treatment of heart rhythm disorders in cardiology. The task of electrophysiology is to diagnose and curatively treat heart rhythm disorders (especially tachycardia) during a cardiac catheter examination with the help of electrode catheters.

To strengthen our teams in Germany, we are looking for several Associate Clinical Consultant (ACC) in the field of trainee sales consultancy – Johnson & Johnson Electrophysiology starting from February 1, 2026.

The position of Associate Clinical Consultant (ACC) is an entry-level position for people who have little to no experience in electrophysiology (EP). After successful training and independent customer and project management, there is the opportunity to advance to Clinical Consultant (CC) or Territory Manager (TM).

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• You will provide consultation and support for medical staff in the operation of the CARTO® 3 navigation system during electrophysiological interventions. The CARTO® 3 navigation system is used to locate and effectively eliminate heart rhythm disorders.
• As a sales representative and first contact for the entire product portfolio in the field of minimally invasive electrophysiology, you will demonstrate the different clinical applications of the CARTO® 3 system and contribute to the success of the company.

• You will analyze the needs and goals of the customer and be responsible for the ongoing development and expansion of customer relationships.
• Through evidence-based work, you will always find the right, suitable, and most modern solution for your customers and thus actively drive the development and digitalization of electrophysiological laboratories.

• As an expert, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in case of errors or technical defects and act as a liaison between the customer and our technical team (troubleshooting).

Qualifications you bring:

• Excellent communication skills, the joy of building and maintaining relationships, and a high level of customer orientation characterize you.

• You have a high technical affinity and the interest in understanding complex technical connections and to exchange with scientific treatises / studies.

• You have a natural science-technical study, a study in medical technology, business administration, health economics, medical management or a similar field or a successful qualification in the medical environment.
• The willingness to work in the field with a high travel component (at least 80 percent, mostly in the associated region) as well as fluent German and good English skills in speech and writing complete your profile.
