Role Summary
The position is responsible for providing first-line support for global HCC systems, ensuring timely and effective assistance to users while maintaining system functionality. Key responsibilities include documenting user requirements for system development or enhancements, coordinating project activities across cross-functional teams, and supporting change management initiatives. The role involves creating dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights, managing helpdesk tickets, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
Provide first-line support for global HCC systems, ensuring timely, courteous, and effective user assistance (implementing, and maintaining systems)
Document user requirements for system development, enhancements and/or decommissioning.
Coordinate and develop project activities (timelines, governance, planning, deliverables, testing, etc.), working with HCC and business cross-functional teams.
Document business processes, supporting change management, training and continuous improvement.
Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key metrics and insights.
Ensure alignment with compliance policies and governance standards.
Respond and manage support tickets via helpdesk tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Advanced English proficiency.
Experience in system implementation and end-user support.
Intermediate knowledge of HCC, project management, business process modeling, testing, and reporting.
Basic understanding of software development, LMS, legal, audit, and risk management.
Preferred: experience in data analytics, reporting, database management, and programming.
Strong communication, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business language.
This is a fixed-term role with a 12-month duration.
