Customer Service Operations Analyst

As a Customer Service Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the precise and timely attention of orders for surgery and workshops, ensuring the quality of service, compliance with J&J procedures, and customer satisfaction. This role requires skills in communication, problem-solving, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Management of orders: reception, validation, and confirmation of requests.

  • Verification of inventory and proposal of solutions in case of shortages.

  • Coordination with internal areas (finance, supply chain, sales).

  • Planning of logistics teams and procedures.

  • Validation of contracts, portfolio, consignments, and autonomies.

  • Generation and sending of reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Review of BI SAP and attendance at meetings with 3PL.

  • Management of novelties and follow-up of performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Education: Professional in progress or completed.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar roles.

  • Languages: Spanish.

  • Technical knowledge: MS Office, SAP, CIC.

  • Professional skills: Effective communication, decision-making, management of multiple information sources.

  • Availability to work full time and in a physical manner.
