We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager in the border region of Brabant-Antwerpen to strengthen our team. As an important member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our portfolio of high-quality contact lens products in a diverse landscape of optic stores.

Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: You build and maintain strong relationships with eye care professionals, optometrists, and optic store owners to stimulate sales and increase market share. As a company, we like to talk about putting the customer at the center. You are therefore willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
- Product Knowledge: Contact lenses are innovative products and contain many techniques to ensure the most important features such as good vision and comfort. You are able to quickly understand these technologies and communicate them clearly to your customer.
- Sales Strategy: As an Account Manager, you are ultimately responsible for your own sector. You are able to develop and implement an effective sales strategy to meet and exceed your targets, and identify new business opportunities while developing relationships with existing accounts.
- Market Analysis: Apart from contact with your customers, you have a flat organization, so you also have good contact with the internal team. This ensures that you can easily share the developments within your sector with the management. Based on this, they can support you with materials and training specific to your sector.
- Reporting: Although you prefer contact with your customer, you understand that reporting is at least as important to achieve your set goals and further build the relationship with your customer. You are therefore well organized, have a high sense of responsibility, and are accurate and punctual in your administration.

Required:
- Proven experience in sales. Purposeful approach with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.
Recommended:
- Experience within the optics or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of representing a premium brand.
Other:
- Your customer contact is primarily in Dutch. However, Johnson & Johnson is an international company, so you can also express yourself well in English.
- A valid driver's license. For this position, you will make many kilometers per year. We ensure that you have a good car to do this comfortably and safely.
