Your tasks:

Your main tasks include acquiring new customers and providing conceptual support to focus customers. You bear the strategic responsibility for your area. You can motivate your colleagues as well as yourself and a "no" spurs them to the highest performance by convincing them to say "yes".

With your open-minded approach and expertise, you can communicate on an equal footing with all hierarchical levels in the hospital. Networking is not just a term for you, but a way of life.

• Responsibility for sales in the area according to the business plan

• Focus of the activity on the acquisition of new customers and conceptual support of existing focus customers including area analysis and consistent implementation with regard to the expansion and acquisition of market shares

• Close cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders (in the clinical and commercial area)

• Building and maintaining partner-like customer relationships, implementation of trainings

• Reporting and recording of market data e.g. from procedures or competition trends, dealing with internal and external studies in the field of neurovascular

• National or international participation in trade fairs and congresses as well as participation in local symposia

• Fulfillment of administrative tasks and reporting

Your qualification portfolio:

  • You have a technical degree, a degree in medical technology, business administration or a similar field or a successful qualification in the medical field with e.g. OR experience and would like to develop into the role of Account Manager (m/w/d).

  • Ideally, you have first experience in the healthcare sector, in the fields of field sales, clinical sales or similar areas.

  • Previous and proven sales successes are desirable.

  • Financial and commercial understanding.

  • Very good networking skills and a very high can-do mentality.

  • Strong team skills and a high level of commitment.

    • Excellent presentation skills as well as fluent German and very good English skills in speech and writing.

    • The ability to build close relationships with customers at all levels.

    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills as well as a communicative and binding personality.

    • Agile and creative thinking.

    • Skills or first experience in project management.

    • Willingness to travel (80%) in large sales areas.

    • Valid driver's license.
