✨ About The Role
- Provide comprehensive technical support to customers, including answering questions and creating examples to illustrate feature usage
- Design small to complex project examples that can be documented, with user feedback, and contribute to building customer demos
- Own the documentation process, ensuring accuracy and timely updates with new features
- Collaborate with Customer Success to update documentation based on feedback and maintain the JITX standard library of designs
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for users, providing a hands-on experience with new customers through the trial and activation process

- Experienced individual contributor with 5-8 years in the industry, showcasing expertise in circuit board design and electrical engineering
- Strong technical proficiency in software development, including Python, C, C++, firmware, and RTL
- Ability to communicate effectively and serve as a technical bridge between the product and customers
- Mission-driven individual excited about automating hardware design for the benefit of science and humanity
- Detail-oriented with a track record of managing documentation and creating engaging demonstrations for customers
