Accounts Payable & Human Resources Clerk

The Accounts Payable & Human Resources Clerk supports both accounting and HR functions for Bacus Foods Corp., a multi-state Jimmy John's franchisee. This role processes vendor invoices, assists with payroll and HR tasks, and provides administrative support to our restaurants and corporate team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices
• Assist in preparing weekly payments as needed
• Review, scan and distribute incoming mail
• Monitor multiple office email accounts
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Maintain and scan incoming company credit card receipts
• Support new-hire onboarding: review paperwork, verify completeness, and assist with E-Verify
• Maintain employee files and assist with benefits, sick time, garnishments, and compliance tasks
• Provide support to managers regarding payroll deadlines, forms, and HR processes
• Assist office team members as needed
