Reports to: General Manager-Miami Component Repair

Location: Remote

Department: Business Operations

Compensation structure: 100% Commission-Based.

Compensation: 10% of total Sales

Position Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to promote and grow our aviation component repair services. This is a 100% commission-based position, ideal for professionals with a strong network in private aviation, MROs, or business jet support services. You'll work independently, leveraging your contacts and experience to generate leads and close repair service contracts.

Support Role:

• Identify and engage new clients, including aircraft operators, MRO facilities, FBOs, charter companies, and parts managers to promote commercial or business jet component repairs.
• Promote our aircraft component repair services
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Promptly communicate with the Company any amendments, clarifications, or modifications of invitations to bid or requests for proposals or quotations previously issued.
• Assist in the preparation of bids, proposals, or quotations responsive to said invitations or requests.
• Collaborate with internal technical and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Soliciting offers diligently from customers for the purchase of component repair support or evaluations.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven Component repair sales experience required
• Strong book of business for component repairs required
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial
