✨ About The Role
- Build software infrastructure to enable hospital-quality care at home, addressing the challenges in the existing in-home care process
- Develop solutions that make patients' lives easier and improve the quality of care they receive at home
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with user needs
- Prototype quickly and iterate towards building robust systems over time, focusing on simplicity of implementation and speed of execution
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders outside of engineering to identify and implement the right solutions to complex issues
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced full stack software engineer with 5-8 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in healthcare or digital health
- Strong technical background with expertise in backend development using Python, Javascript, and frontend development with React, Vue, or Angular
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features and products end to end
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Proven track record of building robust software solutions for hospitals and patients, demonstrating creativity in solving complex technical and product problems
