- Lead a team of engineers to build software solutions for hospitals and patients to enhance the quality of in-home care
- Make key architectural decisions across various domains such as backend, frontend, database, and infrastructure
- Provide coaching and feedback to engineers while finding creative solutions to complex technical and product problems
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to define product requirements and drive the full product development process
- Help hire and build out the engineering team as the company scales
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineering manager with a track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality software solutions for healthcare industry
- Strong technical background with expertise in Python, Typescript, Postgres, Flask, React, and Apollo GraphQL
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and guide engineers through architectural decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and passionate about improving in-home healthcare services
