What You'll Do:

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural best practices.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and products through innovation and feedback integration.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle management, encompassing coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in conducting system design reviews to validate technical feasibility and alignment with architectural standards.
• Skilled in API design, software prototyping, and applying software design patterns for secure, maintainable, and modular solutions.
• Ability to integrate AI/ML components using languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, and C++.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions for long-term sustainability.
• Data-driven approach to problem definition, metrics tracking, and continuous engineering improvement.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills across all stakeholders.
