What You'll Do

Lead the design and development of alternate fuel vehicle technologies

Hands-on experience with a focus on automotive/trailer knowledge

Oversee automation engineering projects to improve fleet efficiency and sustainability

Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders

Analyze data and create dashboards to drive decision-making

Ensure compliance with fleet regulations and best practices

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or Industrial Engineering

3+ years' experience in engineering, supply chain, or automated manufacturing

Proven expertise in sustainable transportation or alternate fuel vehicles

Strong data analytics and dashboard creation skills (Power BI/Tableau)

Demonstrated leadership in program/project management and operational improvement

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area. Option 2: 6 years' experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area. 2 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
