Finance Partner Role
Join Walmart as the primary finance partner supporting Supply Chain Maintenance and Reliability across our Ambient, Grocery, and Fulfillment networks. In this role, you'll shape planning, forecasting, reporting, cost savings validation, and investment decisions that help keep critical supply chain operations running efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning activities including AOP, long-range planning, forecasting, monthly performance reporting, and tracking of cost savings initiatives for Supply Chain Maintenance & Reliability.
- Build business cases and investment analyses that support capital and operational decisions across Ambient, Grocery, and Fulfillment networks.
- Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to track, validate, and report cost savings initiatives, while identifying risks and opportunities to improve cost, execution, and reliability.
- Support month-end close, issue resolution, and ongoing financial management processes to ensure accurate reporting and strong decision support for leadership.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights, presentations, and recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.

What You'll Bring
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, and modeling experience in a complex business environment.

- Experience building business cases and using data to influence investment, productivity, and performance decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.1 year's supervisory experience.
