Join Walmart's Payments & Financial Services team to lead the expansion of embedded financial products for domestic and international marketplace sellers. Our mission is to build trusted B2B payment experiences and financial services that drive seller growth, marketplace monetization, and community impact. As the product owner, you'll define strategy, launch partnerships, and drive adoption of financial solutions like co-branded business cards, lending, insurance, FX, and financial tools. You'll lead cross-functional teams across tech, business, and fintech, and manage third-party partnerships to deliver best-in-class services.
Strategy & Execution: Develop long-term roadmaps and drive delivery of financial services for sellers.
Product Leadership: Collaborate with UX, Product, and Tech to build differentiated fintech experiences.
Industry Insight: Monitor trends and identify innovation opportunities in embedded finance.
Performance & Operations: Track KPIs, lead business reviews, and ensure service excellence.
Go-to-Market: Partner with GTM and marketing teams to drive adoption and monetization.
Compliance & Risk: Work with legal and compliance to meet regulatory standards.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use seller feedback and analytics to improve products and services.
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Strategy, Analytics, or related field.
5+ years in B2B payments, fintech, eCommerce, or related domains.
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
Experience in cross-functional leadership and managing ambiguity.
SQL/Python proficiency and customer-centric mindset.
Co-branded cards, rewards & loyalty programs, and fintech consulting experience are a plus.
