About the Role
As the Director of Club Experience Transformation, you will reimagine how members shop our clubs—today and into the future. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role: you will dream big about what the next generation club experience should look like and then roll up your sleeves to test, pilot, and scale those ideas in the field. You'll sit at the intersection of innovation, operations, and member experience, working side by side with club associates and leaders to bring bold new ideas to life. From digital-first journeys to physical redesigns, you'll define the future of membership retail and fuel Sam’s Club's long-term growth.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail operations or related field OR 6 years’ experience in retail operations or related field. 3 years’ of supervisory experience
