DLP Operations requires knowledge of insider threat investigations, reporting, investigative tools, and laws/regulations. Cybersecurity and privacy principles, cyber threats and vulnerabilities, encryption algorithms, DLP tools and practices, and incident response methodologies. To provide updates to the standard operating procedures as needed, provide quality assurance, accuracy, consistency, and reliability to DLP event data, guide and mentor team members on DLP operations, document team processes, oversee projects, and assist with monthly reporting for the team. Identify data leak incidents not triggered by an alert/policy, review DLP policies and make change recommendations, identify opportunities and weaknesses in DLP tools and related infrastructure.
Information Assurance requires knowledge of structured and unstructured data, unitization, Unicode, threads, tagging, system files, stemming, social discovery, slack space, document responsiveness, recall and precision, data processing, predictive coding, parent and child documents, optical character recognition, normalization, native formats, and metadata. To draft junior-level countermeasures to handle a variety of information risks, follow guidelines for information assurance in an assigned department while working under a supervisor’s guidance, test the effectiveness of information assurance activities within an assigned department, select information assurance tools for an assigned department’s needs, perform the basic steps in the safeguarding of information, participate in developing backup recovery and archival practices and procedures, assist in the installation, configuration, and support of information management software, follow organizational guidelines and policies on information management, analyze issues and requirements for the management of information resources, code development and testing.
Coding languages like SQL, Java, C, Python, and others, testing methods such as static, dynamic software composition analysis, manual penetration testing, and others, business domain understanding. To write code to develop the required solution and application features by determining the appropriate programming language and leveraging business, technical, and data requirements, create test cases to review and validate the proposed solution design, create proofs of concept, test the code using the appropriate testing approach, deploy software to production servers, contribute code documentation, maintain playbooks, and provide timely progress updates.
Cyber Risk Management requires knowledge of cyber risk assessment and management techniques, security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, possible treatments of security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, evolving security landscape, and emerging cyber security threats. To contribute towards development of cyber risk assessment and/or management techniques to identify security gaps and weaknesses in the business, design cyber risk assessments by consolidating insights from the business and various functions, identify cyber security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities and their impact on the organization, identify possible treatments for cyber risks, threats, and vulnerabilities identified, identify and propose implementation of endorsed mitigation measures to address security gaps, managing functional partnerships.
Requires knowledge of stakeholder identification and mapping, stakeholder analysis, stakeholder communication, stakeholder engagement techniques, stakeholder management effectiveness tools and methods, fluency in many specialized business vernaculars, deep understanding of markets to deliver customer and business value, adapt style and best practices to accommodate cultural differences. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications:
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 3 years’ experience in data assurance at a technology, retail, or data-driven company. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in data assurance at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
