- The Senior Decision Scientist will partner with paid and organic growth marketing, product, and business leaders to drive insights across customer acquisition channels
- Responsibilities include designing, running, and analyzing A/B experiments, building attribution models, and translating insights to inform marketing investment decisions
- The role involves defining, understanding, and testing levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition across paid and organic channels
- The Senior Decision Scientist will be instrumental in helping Jerry become the first truly connected ecosystem for car owners by steering the conversation on customer acquisition strategy
- The position requires transforming and refining raw production data for analytical needs, building key reports, dashboards, and predictive models to monitor paid ads and marketing channels

- Experienced decision scientist with a background in quantitative or intellectually rigorous disciplines, capable of driving insights across customer acquisition channels
- Skilled in building and implementing multi-touch attribution and marketing mix attribution in a performance marketing environment
