- The position requires transforming and refining raw production data for analytical needs, building key reports, dashboards, and predictive models to monitor paid ads and marketing channels

- Experienced decision scientist with a background in quantitative or intellectually rigorous disciplines, capable of driving insights across customer acquisition channels
- Skilled in building and implementing multi-touch attribution and marketing mix attribution in a performance marketing environment
- Proficient in SQL and Python or similar ML programming languages
- Problem solver who sets high standards for themselves and their team, constantly striving for excellence
- Effective communicator comfortable engaging with various audiences, from front-line employees to C-suite executives
