- Responsible for leading the development of a new infrastructure solution at Jerry to support intelligent business decision-making through analytical insights and advanced models
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to build data pipelines that drive business growth while ensuring data accuracy and availability
- Evolve, optimize, and integrate critical predictive models in partnership with data scientists and machine learning engineers
- Define data engineering standards, best practices, and drive operational excellence by maintaining and optimizing data infrastructure
- Play a key role in the mission to build the first AllCarâ„¢ super app by leveraging your expertise in data engineering to support Jerry's ambitious growth goals

- Experienced data engineer with a background in infrastructure scaling and a track record of leading the development of stable and efficient solutions in high-growth environments
- Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and senior management to drive impactful business decisions
- Skilled in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL pipeline development, and proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in big data technologies
- Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for tackling complex business challenges and driving operational excellence in data engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in a data engineering or similar role
