- Experienced digital performance marketer with a track record of managing paid search, social media, or programmatic affiliate advertising channels hands-on
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize marketing strategies for performance improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, taking ownership of projects and striving for excellence
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or STEM discipline preferred
- Thrives in a talent-dense environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results
