The service team, with its internal and external sales force, is the first point of contact for our customers after they have purchased our products. We control the after-sales business in service, manage the spare parts portfolio and actively control the sale of services. Become part of a motivated and talented team and ensure an attractive service offering for our customers, from global corporations to local producers.
- Support our team and the regional service organisations in increasing sales of our after-sales products and creating commercial offers for our customers.
- Support our team in daily activities, including reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of service quotes and pricing
- Define and develop documentation and processes for global service management with support
You are a team player and enjoy working in an international, dynamic environment.
- You are a registered student in the field of engineering or natural sciences, business administration
Have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Initial experience with an ERP system (is a plus)
Have a structured and goal-oriented way of working and an interest in complex challenges and tasks with different stakeholders
You are fluent in German or English
